Digital Tutorials
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Finished Mini Albums & Journals
These products are nonrefundable. All sales are final. Should your mini album or journal arrive damaged due to shipping, you will be required to provide photos of the physical packaging and damage to the item for the damage claim.
Crafting Supplies
Items including chipboard covers and embellishments, wooden covers, Graphic 45 paper and embellishments, and other craft supplies are refundable within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unopened and damage-free. Customer is responsible for return shipping and refund will not include the original shipping charge.
Cancellation Policy
WEEKEND RETREATS
If you are unable to attend the retreat, we ask that you consider moving your registration to a future retreat (subject to availability). You may change your registration to a future retreat date one time.
If cancelling more than 60 days prior to the retreat date, you may request a full refund of your registration price (minus any fees during payment). If cancelling more than 30 days prior to the retreat date, you may request a partial refund (half registration fee minus any fees). Any cancellation less than 30 days prior to the retreat date will not be issued a refund.
ONE DAY WORKSHOPS
If cancelling more than 30 days prior to the workshop, you may request a full refund (minus any credit card processing fees). If cancelling less than 30 days from the workshop date, no refund will be given. However, the workshop kit of supplies will be mailed to your address on file so that you may complete the project on your own.
